Responsibilities

- - Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS) in accordance with relevant international standards and internal policies

- Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external audit programs, including system audits, process audits, and product audits, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements

- Identify areas for process improvement through audit findings, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback, and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions

- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in process optimization initiatives, applying lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where appropriate

- Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making

- Manage the documentation and control of quality-related procedures, work instructions, and records

- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles, audit methodologies, and process improvement tools





- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines

Requirements

- - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- A Master's degree is a plus

- Experience in quality management, auditing, or process improvement roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment

- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 certified quality management systems

- Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001) is xlwpduy highly preferred

- Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, 8D problem solving)

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends

- Self-driven, proactive, strategic mindset, strong communication and listening skills, able to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with remote teams

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Fluent in Italian or Swedish is a merit
