Since opening in 2019, Oxana Salon has become a destination for some of Nashville’s most creative and dynamic hairstylists. We believe that beauty starts with confidence—and that confidence starts with you.

Our team is a collective of passionate artists who collaborate, mentor, and grow together. Through a multi-layered education program, we cultivate each stylist’s strengths and talents, inspiring the next generation of hair professionals.

We are currently seeking Licensed Cosmetologists in Tennessee to join our Associate Program—a one‑on‑one, hands‑on experience where you’ll be mentored by a seasoned stylist, refine your technical skills, and learn how to deliver luxury with heart.

What You’ll Do

- Show up with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a hunger to learn. Support your mentor stylist by staying on top of their daily needs and expectations.
- Maintain a clean, professional space—this includes laundry, sweeping, dishes,



and sanitation. Shampoo, rinse, and prep clients using targeted treatments and conditioning. Practice modern coloring techniques like balayage, foilyage, highlights, and precision cutting.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and remember their preferences. Sanitize and prep stations with consistency and care.
- Share product knowledge and services confidently and in line with salon guidelines.
- Hone your styling skills—round brushing, flat ironing, curling, and finishing.
- Be prepared to stand for long periods and work weekends as needed.
- Maintain flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Must have a valid Cosmetology License in the state of Tennessee.
