Experteer Overview

As Legal Counsel at TGRC in Milan, you will support the business through the full project lifecycle—from development to execution and operation. You’ll provide commercially focused legal guidance to internal and external partners across energy and infrastructure projects. You will work on land, permitting, M&A;, construction contracts, and project finance, helping drive timely, risk-balanced deal delivery. This role offers exposure to cross-border matters in a modern, fast-paced environment and the chance to shape major energy projects.

- Support project development activities including land, permitting, and commercial agreements
- Advise on M&A; and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction structuring




- Provide legal input on construction contracts (EPC, O&M;, supply agreements)
- Assist with project finance documentation and negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage legal risk and drive project delivery

Responsabilità

- Qualified lawyer with 3 years PQE
- Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
- Strong exposure to project development, M&A;, construction, and/or project finance
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
