You will drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting, delivering timely insights to influence decisions and improve performance. - Oversee daily Accounting Office operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
- Ensure integrity of P&L;, balance sheet reconciliations and controls
- Manage internal,



external and regulatory audits in line with Marriott standards
- Partner with operations to improve efficiency, profitability and resource use
- Leverage technology and analytical tools to enhance reporting and insight
- Coach and develop the finance team through open communication and recognition
- Maintain strong accounting controls to safeguard assets and support growth

Responsabilità

- Bachelor in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
- Experience building high-performing teams and fostering accountability
- Strong commercial acumen balancing strategy and execution
- Experience in hotels or hospitality
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and delivering results
