We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Digital & Innovation Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

As our AI Specialist, you will play a central role in accelerating the adoption of AI tools and developing AI capabilities across the organization. This position actively supports teams in discovering, testing, and integrating artificial intelligence into their daily work, ensuring that every solution aligns with the values and AI strategy of the Davines Group. We’re looking for a hands-on innovator with a strong passion for Artificial Intelligence, someone who enjoys exploring emerging tools, translating business needs into practical applications, and guiding teams in making the most of AI technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Support the implementation of AI systems and automation tools across business functions

Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI assistants through training, onboarding, and continuous support

Help teams understand and integrate Generative AI tools into daily workflows (content creation, data analysis, coding assistance, etc.)





Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) team and Business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement in different domains (Research&Development; (R&D;), Supply Chain, Sustainability, …)

Test new AI tools, evaluate their potential, and provide recommendations WHO YOU ARE: Degree in computer science

1-2 years of experience in roles related to AI

Practical experience with Generative AI tools, with preference to Microsoft Copilot

Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering

Basic knowledge of software development and databases

Hands-on skills with Python, familiarity with AI/Machine Learning (ML) libraries

Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Nice-to-Have Competencies Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g.
