Specialista In this role, you drive business development and distributor management for industrial drying and process cooling solutions within your territory. You will work closely with distributors and the technical team to ensure successful project execution and target achievement, while strengthening market position. You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture partnerships, and support customers in selecting and integrating dryer and chiller solutions.
This position blends sales leadership with technical capability, offering meaningful impact across a global, cross-functional team.

- Manage and develop the Distributors customer portfolio in the assigned area
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Support customers in selecting and integrating Dryer and Chiller solutions into their systems
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper project implementation
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports
- Attend trade shows, events, and customer meetings to promote products and strengthen relationships
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager Distribution to define commercial strategies
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields (preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles within the compressed air and process cooling sector, preferably in distribution environments
- Solid knowledge of air treatment and process cooling management with ability to support and train Distributors in the field
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer management skills
- Results-oriented and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally
