Support financial planning, reporting, and close processes across the organization Serve as key finance partner to product and program leaders Oversee base cost management and cost allocation process Partner closely with teams to support ISA/TSA agreements Manage Digital Technology investments and collaborate with the Capex Leader Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Minimum of 5 years of finance experience Graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) or a comparable finance leadership program preferred Experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and close processes Strong expertise with ERP and financial systems, including HFM and Oracle Demonstrated project leadership and process management capabilities Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
