AI ARCHITECT - INSURANCE PRICING SPECIALISTIn this role, you will design end-to-end GenAI-driven pricing architectures for Allianz Global P&C;, enabling pricing analysts to interact with the pricing stack via natural language. You will collaborate with actuaries, data scientists, and AI Transformation Architects to scale robust AI solutions aligned to business goals. You’ll prototype fast, present insights to senior stakeholders, and shape AI standards within Global P&C; Pricing.

This is an impact-driven role at the intersection of actuarial science, data engineering, and cutting-edge AI.

- Design and develop end-to-end AI architectures for insurance pricing, including retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and deployment
- Lead integration of AI/ML models (GLMs, LightGBM), rating engines, and portfolio data into agentic architectures for natural language interaction
- Build and maintain LLM-powered tools to accelerate tariff analysis, pricing code generation, what-if simulations, and regulatory documentation
- Prototype AI solutions rapidly and present to senior stakeholders in workshops/advisory sessions
- Collaborate with actuaries, data scientists, and AI Transformation Architects to ensure scalable,



robust AI solutions aligned with business goals
- Contribute to AI architecture standards and best practices within Global P&C; Pricing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- 3–5 years of practical GenAI solution design and deployment experience
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end AI architectures, LLM-powered tools, and AI/ML model integration (GLMs, LightGBM)
- Proficiency in Python; SQL, ETL, and data modeling familiarity a plus
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, Azure) xkiyazw and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace)
- Experience with agentic/RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and vector databases (pgvector, Weaviate, Pinecone)
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines; Git, Docker, Kubernetes
- Fluent in Italian and English; strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Genuine interest in AI and insurance/risk modeling
