Bacardi is seeking an Activation Manager to join the Italy customer marketing team. You will lead On-Trade executions within the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for Core and Premium brands, ensuring excellent in-out execution and alignment with Brand/Customer Marketing Managers.

The role is field-focused with close collaboration with Sales, Brand Teams and Agencies to deliver tailor-made visibilities and activations across key outlets and hotspots in Italy.
