Experteer Overview As an Account Solution Engineer you will lead the solution cycle for customers, translating business goals into Salesforce-based solutions. You'll support the sales team with technical expertise and trusted guidance, delivering customized demos and addressing customer concerns. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technology, aiding transformational journeys and building confidence in our platform.

This role offers the chance to shape customer outcomes within a cutting-edge AI-driven CRM environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and coordinate the end‐to‐end solution cycle with cross‐functional teams

Assess customer needs and position Salesforce products as the best fit

Demonstrate customized demos and articulate business value to decision‐makers

Respond to RFPs and support procurement processes





Drive the technical side of the sales cycle and maintain product knowledge

Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and mentorship programs

Support quarterly and annual objective attainment

Collaborate to translate client industry and tech contexts into solution concepts

Responsabilità Hands‐on Salesforce experience

Fluency in Italian and English

Bachelor in Computer Science or related field

Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies

Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software

Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Good time management in a dynamic team environment

Willingness to travel occasionally
