Build and maintain long‐term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
Understand partners' goals to provide strategic guidance and support
Analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability for partners and Glovo
Drive revenue growth via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
Own partner revenue performance and measurable growth
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customized solutions
Lead partner onboarding in the app from setup to initial days with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales
2+ years in high‐performance account management or business consultancy
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (plus)
Proven track record of exceeding KPIs
Problem solver with data‐driven analytical approach
Highly organized, proactive with time management and prioritization skills
Familiarity with Google Suite; Salesforce a plus
Native Italian and proficiency in English
