Experteer Overview
In this role you drive Power Tools growth in Italy by managing both distributors and direct key accounts within a channel-focused strategy. You align commercial activity with annual business unit objectives, supporting end users, OEMs, and specialty channels to expand the Power Tools footprint. You will lead field engagements, demonstrations, and technical support to accelerate bookings, revenue, and margin while optimizing territory coverage. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment with a clear impact on regional market development.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Achieve and exceed bookings, revenue, and gross margin targets
- Drive direct and distribution sales of Precision Fastening Tools and Software solutions, including demonstrations and technical support
- Conduct active field visits, demonstrations and manage sales opportunities
- Identify and develop new specialized distributors and new direct customers in target vertical markets
- Provide commercial, technical and application support to distributors and key end users
- Serve as primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors and internal teams
- Optimize territory coverage
- Manage day-to-day business in an efficient and timely manner
- Monitor and report on business trends, product fit and customer requirements
Responsabilità
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial role in industrial products
- Preferred degree in Technical or in Business-related discipline
- Experienced and knowledgeable of power tools, with proficiency in software / hardware applications and solutions (a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM system (Salesforce is a plus)
- Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Highly organized with time, territory, and administrative management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and identify customer needs beyond fixed products and solutions
