Experteer Overview

As a Senior Brand Specialist at AVS, you own the strategic relationship with a portfolio of complex Pan-EU vendor accounts and shape growth through data-driven Vendor Growth Plans. You collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue, optimize operations, and enhance brand visibility across marketplaces, balancing vendor goals with customer experience. You’ll leverage analytics and AI tools to identify opportunities and guide 3-year strategic directions in partnership with vendors. This role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in a fast-evolving environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Own and drive growth strategy for Pan-EU vendor accounts and contribute to JBP
- Lead Pan-EU supply-chain strategy and drive cost reduction and operational improvements
- Define and execute marketing strategies with Amazon Advertising and vendor teams

- Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Mentor and develop junior team members

Responsabilità

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant background
- Fluent English (C1)
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, or client/vendor-facing environment
- Experience owning end-to-end account or business performance outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
