Your own customer portfolio. You will serve as an advisor to customers and prospects to position Adecco as a workforce specialist and drive brand awareness within industry sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities through your knowledge of the market geography, economic environment, top companies, and competitors in the temporary staffing space.

Bilingual communication in English and French is required to be considered for this role. Get ready to take talent further as you open up new possibilities for yourself, your team and your clients. Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience with success in exceeding goals & KPIs, preferably in the service industry. Bilingual (English/French) is required to collaborate with colleagues and departments across Canada. Ability to provide strategic, out of the box solutions to our clients, acting as a true consultant Able to set priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Utilizes available information to help further marketplace knowledge and drive business success. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.
