Key Responsibilities: Provide support to content creators and influencers using Meta and Instagram tools. Assist with subscription management, account troubleshooting, and technical queries. Identify trends and resolve issues for small and medium-sized business clients. Requirements: Native or fluent Italian speaker with fluent English. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday).
