Experteer Overview As a Mechanical R&D; Engineer, you design and validate electrical systems and project-based solutions. You apply advanced modeling to optimize welded, bolted, and riveted joints, aiming for high reliability within railway norms. You’ll drive technological innovation and maintain a robust design database. You work across mechanical and electrical domains to ensure top-tier product quality. This role offers impact in safety-critical infrastructure and a pathway to grow within a global engineering team. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and build electrical system/products and project-based solutions Conduct finite element analyses to optimize design, especially joints, fatigue,



and safety factors per railway norms Drive technology innovations and ensure high product reliability Maintain and update design database to trace and reproduce correct apparatuses Maintain high technological standard in mechanical and electrical products Validate all mechanical and electrical designs for the group ResponsabilitàMaster in Mechanical Engineering with FE simulation experience Electrical AC/DC knowledge strongly preferred Development or technical design experience on mechanical or electro‑mechanical devices is a plus Minimum 5 years of industrial experience Strong 3 D CAD skills (Solid Works, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, etc.)Railway rolling stock industry knowledge and international standards is a plus Experience with MSC.
