In this role you ensure reliable operation of connected homogenizers through proactive monitoring and data-driven optimization. You will translate machine know-how into scalable digital tools, support customers remotely, and contribute to evolving the company’s digital service offerings. Working within a global, cross-functional team, you’ll impact machine performance, reliability, and sustainability while expanding digital capabilities. This role blends hands‑on engineering with digital innovation to drive measurable service outcomes.

- Ensure reliable operation of connected homogenizers through proactive monitoring and performance optimization
- Analyze critical incidents to identify root causes and improve machine reliability
- Translate machine/process expertise into scalable digital solutions including monitoring concepts and diagnostics
- Contribute to digital product improvement through data-driven insights
- Collaborate with service engineers, product teams, and data specialists
- Develop best practices for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and knowledge base to scale expertise




- Support internal teams and customers in using digital tools for proactive maintenance
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
- Several years of hands‑on experience in industrial service, commissioning, troubleshooting, or maintenance of complex machinery
- Strong understanding of machine behavior, failure modes, and customer operations in industrial environments
- Experience interpreting machine data and reading mechanical/electrical documentation and drawings
- Experience with high‑pressure process equipment such as homogenizers (advantageous)
- Affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and remote service environments
- Structured and analytical mindset;
ability to translate data into actionable improvements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across service, engineering, data, and product teams
- Proactive, improvement‑driven mindset focused on scalable solutions
- Willingness to travel ~20–30% for on‑site analysis and knowledge exchange
- Fluent in Italian and good English;
German a plus
