Senior Site Reliability Engineer Location: Our offices in Zola Predosa / Milano, Italy Department: IT | Reporting into: Team Lead Site Reliability Engineering | Working Model: Hybrid | Contract Type: Permanent | Experience Level: Mid-Senior level | Workplace Type: Hybrid Role Purpose: Build and maintain a scalable, secure, and well-governed Google Cloud Platform (GCP) foundation to support multiple engineering teams, ensuring strong cloud governance, automation, and operational readiness, while enabling key GCP services such as Big Query, Vertex AI, and GKE. Responsibilities Manage and optimize the GCP structure (projects, folders, IAM, governance policies). Ensure secure access management and SSO integration. Implement cloud security best practices and compliance guardrails. Support networking and connectivity (VPC, firewall rules, routing). Automate infrastructure using Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Enable core GCP services including GKE, Big Query, and Vertex AI within a controlled framework. Qualifications Strong hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform. Experience managing multi-project cloud environments. Solid knowledge of IAM, governance, and cloud security principles. Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform preferred). Good understanding of cloud networking fundamentals.



Strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills. Starting annual gross base salary: €58,500. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender‑neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
