The mission and purpose of this position is to
handle cargo documentation promptly, and
efficiently while adhering to all operationalprocedures, safety standards, and regulatoryrequirements.
Create and verify AWBs, bills of lading, and export/import
documents.
Coordinate cargo space bookings with airlines or carriers; track
and update cargo status.
Communicate with clients regarding shipments, issues, delays,
and updates.
Ensure all shipments comply with customs, airline, and safety
regulations.
Maintain accurate records in WMS and freight management
systems.
Liaise with warehouse agents and logistics providers to ensure
timely cargo movement.
Investigate and resolve documentation errors, shipment delays,
and customer complaints.
