Job Title: IT Specialist
Reports To: IT Director / Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-Time / On-site

Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile IT Specialist to manage our company’s technical infrastructure. You will be the primary point of contact for all internal technology issues, ensuring our hardware, software, and networks run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can communicate complex technical issues to non-technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral equipment (printers, scanners).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (Level 1 & 2 support).
- Monitor system performance and ensure data backup/recovery protocols are followed.




- Maintain inventory of all IT assets and software licenses.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes (setting up new hires, retrieving equipment).
- Collaborate with external vendors for procurement and advanced support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in a helpdesk or systems administration role.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Tempo parziale

Pay: €19.00 - €30.31 per hour

Work Location: In person
