Overview Experteer Overview As Senior Project Manager, you act as the project CEO, owning the success and impact of large, high-value automation programs across EMEA. You lead complex initiatives with influence rather than direct authority, delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and to high quality. You partner with clients and cross-functional teams to align expectations with strategy, driving strategic value and scalable delivery. This role combines leadership, governance, and delivery excellence in a globally dispersed, automation-focused context. Responsibilities Lead initiation, planning and execution of complex automation projects across EMEADefine scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategy Develop governance, business cases, and project charters for stakeholder alignment Create integrated project plans using advanced PM tools and methods Lead high-performing teams and develop resource plans for multiple projects Monitor progress, manage critical paths,



and protect schedule and budget Ensure integration of interdependent tasks and activities Build trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Develop and execute communication plans; provide regular progress updates Support negotiation and management of vendor/supplier contracts Oversee change orders and contract modifications Develop and manage detailed budgets; track costs and variances Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; lead problem-solving to maintain momentum Provide strategic advisory input throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications8–10+ years of progressive project management experience Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects with strategic impact Strong leadership presence and ability to influence without authority Experience managing budgets, risks, contracts, and vendor relationships Deep understanding of project management methodologies PMP certification highly desirable Willingness to travel up to 80% annually, including across EMEADriving Licence to support travel Requirements / Benefits Career Development Competitive Compensation and Benefits Pay Transparency Global Opportunities Learn More Here #J-18808-Ljbffr
