Key Responsibilities Include: Providing expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone and email. Troubleshooting technical issues and offering empathetic, timely solutions. you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success.
