ppCustomer Engineer - Ac Power Milano, IT /p h3The opportunity /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced candidate who will execute Service site activities on Transformers, in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. He or she will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers and, in close cooperation with customer and other teams, will also take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for the company. /p h3How you'll make an impact /h3 ul liPerform Service tasks like Installation and Commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently /li liIdentifytechnical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (Installation and Commissioning, routine maintenance, oil treatment, accessories replacements, etc.) /li liLow Voltage test at site /li liElectrical cabling for new accessories installation and new digital devices /li liContribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintain a good relationship with customers. /li liIdentify new sales opportunities and communicates them internally /li liCoordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities /li liPrepare all documents and report to be signed by the customer representative.



Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed /li liTroubleshoot simple equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future /li liProvide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service /li liApply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Report unsafe practices and incidents. /li liCoordinate different subcontractor for the scope /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liElectrical Technical diploma. /li liGood knowledge of both Italian and English. /li li5+yearsof experience in a similar role inside Transformers field is required. /li liFlexibility, independence and problem solving skills are nice to have. /li liAvailability to travel (100%) in Italy. /li /ul h3More about us /h3 pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
