Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will provide technical and commercial support for turbomachinery control solutions within Honeywell CCC, bridging engineering and sales to win regional opportunities. You’ll act as regional SME for TMC optimization, lead seminars, and coordinate with Account Managers and customers to tailor CCC solutions. You support brownfield and greenfield projects, site surveys, startups, and training, influencing proposals and scope reviews. This role offers impact on growth, customer value, and cross-functional collaboration within a global industrial software leader.

- Provide technical and strategic support for brownfield and greenfield sales opportunities, validating and presenting CCC solutions
- Act as regional Subject Matter Expert for TMC optimization and support sales activities in conjunction with Account Managers
- Lead site surveys, startups, training, and assist with proposal, contract, and scope reviews




- Serve on Project Review Boards for regional projects
- Be the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with customers and internal teams to advocate CCC solutions
- Lead regional technology seminars, sales events, and customer workshops to demonstrate CCC capabilities and build relationships
- Develop regional technical expertise through customer engagement and mentoring project teams to drive solution xlwpduy adoption
- Follow all safety policies and adapt to change as required
- Master’s Degree in Automation and Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Five years of experience in control systems engineering or related field
- Experience in Oil & Gas is preferred
- Native proficiency in Italian or Dutch and strong English communication
- Eligible to obtain work visa or work permit for field assignments
- International driver's license preferred
