This internship is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong analytical and managerial skills who has studied human resources. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in various people management activities and contribute to the overall success and execution of our Global HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Assist in analyzing HR data and metrics to provide insights and support decision‑making processes.

Employee Onboarding:

Help with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

HR Projects:





Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Qualifications:

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Languages: English (Proficient – British Council C1 or higher)
