Etro is New Tradition, the sum of artisan know-how and creative experimentation. The entrepreneurial venture began in 1968, when Gimmo Etro, the brand's visionary founder, launched a production of highly prestigious fabrics using noble and natural fibers, which he embellished with original designs and innovative colour ways. In 1981 the furnishing textiles line made its debut. The Paisley motif used to enrich the first collection was set to become ETRO's mark of identity. The product range added another string to its bow in 1984 with leather goods and the bag collection in Paisley jacquard fabric. The launch of the home accessories and complements collection, in 1986, and the creation of the perfumes division, in the late 1980s, consolidated the brand's lifestyle concept. The 1990s saw the unveiling of the first men's and women's prêt-à-porter collections, their inventive and recherché style earning the label instant recognition. For the opening of our new ETRO Accessories Corner at Rinascente Milano, we are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Client Advisor available to work tempo parziale.
She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand-
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver an outstanding customer experience by anticipating and exceeding clients' expectations.
-Demonstrate excellent knowledge of ETRO's history, heritage, values, and Accessories collections.
-Guide customers through the ETRO selling ceremony, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
-Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through proactive clienteling activities and CRM tools.
-Provide styling advice and share insights on fashion trends, the luxury market, and ETRO collections.
-Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets while supporting business development opportunities.
-Support the launch and growth of the new Accessories Corner through a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
-Ensure product presentation is maintained according to ETRO visual merchandising guidelines
-.Assist with stock management, replenishment activities, and inventory operations.
-Collaborate effectively with colleagues and the Rinascente team to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
-Ensure compliance with ETRO grooming standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements
-Strong passion for fashion, luxury, and customer service.
-Previous experience in a similar role within luxury fashion, accessories, leather goods, or premium retail environments.
-Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store performance targets.
-Excellent commercial awareness and strong customer-centric mindset.
-Strong clienteling skills and ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
-Ability to adapt communication and selling techniques to different customer profiles.
-Team-player attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work in a dynamic retail environment. xlwpduy
-Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a strong plus.
