Job Description
You will work hand-in-hand with the Brands Ads team to support the team in executing operational tasks and setting up new processes for analysis and data cleaning goals.
THE JOURNEY
- You will work hand in hand with the Ads team in defining and implementing a process of data cleaning and optimization
- Define the strategy, identifying opportunities of improvement and implementing them.
- Provide insights and updates to the team, proactive support and help on best practices
- Be responsible for offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs.
Mandatory documentation: DID (Dichiarazione di Immediata Disponibilità). Must be obtained at least 1 month before the start date, can be obtained by downloading it on MyAnpal if they have Government Digital Identity (SPID).
Qualifications
- Previous short experience (internship or temporary - 0-1 years) in analytical or commercial roles.
- Strong analytical skills, willing to support the team in day-by-day and ad hoc analysis to help the team visualize brands performance and areas for improvement.
- You’re organized and able to assist the team in internal projects to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth, and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
- You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action,
always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industry
- Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.

Base hiring range
EUR 9,600 - Yearly
On top, your total compensation may include other benefits described above and equity and/or variable bonuses for pre-defined roles.
This is the initial hiring range for this role and level. If at any point during the process we determine your experience and scope better align with a different role, we'll be happy to review & share it with you, before moving forward to the next stage of the process!
