/ppWe are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Catania Airport.
/ppThis is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
/ph3Your Role Responsibilities /h3ulliWhen a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.
/liliRespond on Short Notice: Travel to the Catania Airport arrivals area when notified.
/liliInform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
/liliBe a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.

No airport security clearance is required for this role).

Work only when incidents occur and you are available.
