Purpose of the Role: As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible to drive the end‑to‑end revenue growth process with H3C Channel Partners, by cross and up‑selling, program execution and adoption, success in promoting sales opportunities, and strengthening the partnership relationship.
Responsibilities

- Develop new and manage existing channel partners who are willing to sell the products and solutions by instruction from headquarters.
- Promote the company branding with distributors and partners together.
- Identify, recruit and on‑board new channel partners to build business.
- Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
- Provide proposals, quotations, and pricings to partners.
- Develop a profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity.
- Implement sales programs for product positioning and promotions.
- Conduct business reviews with partners and recommend improvements.
- Fulfil and act on verbal and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of immediate supervisors and other competent officials as required by business needs.
Qualification

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a distribution and channel management role in the ICT related industry.
- Demonstrated strong passion in sales and a good track record of achieving sales targets in a channel environment.
- Possess strong passion in the technology industry, particularly in servers, networks, and generative AI technologies.
- Experience in marketing and sales programs will be an added advantage.

- Working proficiency in English and Italian, willing to travel.
