The Product Developer is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final production.
This role requires close collaboration with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure that all products align with brand strategy, market expectations, and commercial goals.
brbrLead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation through to market launch br.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, sales) to ensure alignment between product vision and business objectives br.Draft and maintain technical specifications, product requirements, and documentation br.Oversee prototyping, sampling, testing, and technical validation stages br.Ensure all products meet defined quality standards, fit requirements,



and target cost margins br.Act as a point of reference for assigned product categories, ensuring proper communication and file updates with the direct manager br.Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and efficient product realization br.Operate within the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system to br:-Manage styles and maintain accurate and up-to-date product dat bra-Track development progress and sample statu brn-Initiate, manage, and track sample requests and approval brsSupport and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth br.
