ph3Specialista Senior / Project Manager /h3pIn this role you support the Group Chief Compliance Officer within the Group Compliance team to steer and coordinate regulatory adherence across the group.
You will drive implementation of group-wide standards, identify misalignments, and define corrective actions.
You will regularly interact with local senior management to advise on compliance matters.
This position offers international exposure, travel, and the chance to shape compliance across LatAm and Greece within a global insurer.

standards and methodologies across Group Legal Entities and define corrective actions for misalignments /liliMaintain regular interaction with Senior Management of local entities (CEOs and Regional CEOs) to provide advice and recommendations /liliSupport steering and coordination responsibilities within the assigned geographical scope /liliIdentify misalignments and propose corrective actions to ensure consistent compliance across entities /liliAt least 6 years in insurance/financial services /liliExperience in international and challenging projects /liliProven analytical skills including databases management /liliAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel and PPT) /liliStrong experience in executive reporting /liliProficient English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German) a plus /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
