/ppFor ourbSavigliano site /binbItaly /bwe are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic /ppbIndustrial Quality Technician /b /ppbr/If you're ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career as a Quality Inspector based at our site in Savigliano, Italy.
/ppbPurpose of the Job /b /ppInspection of part / product / train / installation and reporting of defects ensure product compliance (check after rework).
/ppbResponsibilities /bbr/The Quality inspector ensures the compliance of products and parts delivered by the ALSTOM facilities.
He / She performs inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures according to the applicable instructions on products ready for delivery and on products during their manufacturing process.
He / She validates manufacturing control plans.
These control plans are written in close relationship with PME teams.br/Accountabilities Authorities: /pulliPerform inspections and ensure product compliance (check after rework).
/liliRecords inspection results in the industrial digital tools as required.
/liliPerform destructive non-destructive examination when required and qualified.
/liliMaintain inspection records per component, assembly and vehicle.
/liliMaintain Quality documentation for components,



assemblies and vehicles.
/liliParticipate in customer joint inspections.
/liliPreparation of approval and shipping documents.
/liliControl the correct calibration of critical equipment's and instrumentations used in the inspections.
/liliParticipation to the Problem solving process related to issues found during manufacturing activities /liliPerform/participate to product/process audit /liliPerform handover inspection to evaluate product quality at each stage prior to transfer the products to the next one /li /ulpbPerformance Measurement /b /pulliInspection method time adherence.
/liliManagement of rework /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliPrevious similar quality inspection experience within manufacturing industry.
/liliAwareness on processes and products delivered in the project.
/liliExperience in Quality / audit are appreciated.
/liliMust be able to read and search drawings (2D, 3D) / specifications and familiar with a variety of test equipment.
/liliGood knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point) /liliQualified on special process of his/her scope of work /liliKnowledge of Quality standard (ISO****, IRIS, CMMI, ...) and quality tools, experience in Non Destructive Testing - is a plus /liliKnowledge on Problem solving process (8D, 5W.....), green belt qualification would be a plus /liliExperience in operational activities, in documentation management collaboration and team working.
/liliPredisposed to Team Work.
/liliGood skill communicationskills inside and outside the team.
/liliItalian - fluent, English- is highly appreciated.
