ppAs a Data Center Site HR Partner, you will drive Builder experience by partnering with Data Center Operations leaders and HRBPs to implement HR strategies across the cluster.
You will monitor Builder sentiment, translate data into actionable insights, and influence leadership decisions.
The role blends HR fundamentals with consulting skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment, emphasizing inclusion and high judgement.
You will work on talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations while enabling cross-functional collaboration and self-service tech adoption.
This is a site-based role with travel to other locations as needed.
