Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Financial Controller to join our finance team in Milan, Italy.
In this role you will oversee the financial management of key projects.
Responsibilities
Act as the finance representative on project teams, working closely with Project Managers.
Monitor project budgets, track financial performance, and provide variance analysis.
Manage project cash flow, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely vendor payments.




Prepare and submit financial reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
Support the Country Finance Manager with reporting and financial insights.
Qualifications
University degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree is a plus).
5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in construction/EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting and accounting for long-term projects.
Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an asset).
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
