You'll be the engine behind campaigns across major retailers, bridging performance marketing and commercial sales to win the digital shelf and maximize ROI.
You'll develop bespoke media plans, manage budgets, and continuously optimize bids, keywords, and creative assets.
You will translate data into actionable insights for the Global Head of Paid Media and collaborate with local trade marketing and retailer networks.
This role offers autonomy to shape a global retail media roadmap within a digital transformation context.
/p /brul /brliEnd-to-end management of retail media campaigns (Sponsored Products, Display, Video) across major European retailers /li /brliDevelop and implement bespoke media plans for partners (MediaMarkt, Currys, Otto, Unieuro, Darty)



/li /brliManage and allocate retail media budgets to hit ROAS and market share targets /li /brliConduct daily monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creative assets for visibility and conversion /li /brliTranslate complex data into actionable insights and provide weekly/monthly performance deep-dives to the Global Head of Paid Media /li /brliAct as the technical point of contact for local trade marketing teams and external retail media networks/aggregators /li /brli3-5 years in Paid Media /li /brliat least 2 years specifically focused on Retail Media Networks (RMNs) /li /brliPlatform familiarity with CitrusAd, Criteo, or retailer dashboards like MediaMarkt/Saturn /li /brliAnalytical mindset including iROAS, NTB, and organic vs. paid impact /li /brliAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, retail bidding tools /li /brliFull professional fluency in English; additional languages a plus /li /brliProven track record managing high-budget campaigns in Consumer Electronics or Mass Market retail /li /br /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
