/ph3The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:



/h3ulliSupporting the Technical Services Manager and Maintenance department in the daily operations with maintenance tasks and responsibilities as directed by his/her manager /liliSupporting the Islands overall Estate Management Plan of the fabric, electrical, plumbing, pool infrastructures, facilities and grounds areas.
/liliSupporting the Technical Services department in the maintenance and development element of the Islands.
/li /ulpThis role is ideal for someone who understands the rhythm of high-end private service, takes pride in the details, and thrives in a team environment where standards are high, the pace is dynamic, and the work is deeply rewarding.
/ph3Key Objectives /h3ulliTo maintain and repair the safe, efficient and reliable operation of fabric, furniture, plumbing, mechanical , electrical systems.
/liliEstablish and maintain a service schedule and repair records of all vehicles and golf cars.
/liliTo carry out reactive and proactive maintenance to the property as instructed to ensure it is well maintained.
/liliCarry out all planned preventative maintenance as directed.
/liliTo assist with any projects or work given to maintenance.
/li /ulh3Key Skills/Qualifications /h3ulliPost-secondary training (optional but beneficial) /liliCourses or diplomas in HVAC, plumbing,



or electrical work from a trade school or community college.
/lili3-5 years in related hotel maintenance settings /liliStrong knowledge in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical system, electronic appliance /liliGeneral troubleshooting and repairs techniques /liliAbility to work independently /liliStrong computer knowledge and familiar with MS Excel and word.
