/p pWe are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented bSales Support Specialist /b to join our Sales Support Team in Italy.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by coordinating administrative processes, customer support, documentation, and internal communication.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 pAs a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other functional departments to support throughout the entire sales process.
Your main responsibilities will include: /p ulliSupporting daily sales administration and coordinating internal communication.
/liliManaging customer inquiries, quotations, contracts, and order documentation.
/liliPreparing, reviewing, and tracking shipping and commercial documents.
/liliMaintaining CRM and SAP systems, managing leads, and monitoring sales opportunities.
/liliFollowing up on customer payments, deliveries, and contract execution.
/liliCoordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance,



and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient order processing.
/liliPreparing reports, forecasts, and sales analysis to support business decisions.
/liliAssisting customers with pre-sales and after-sales inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ulliBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
/liliMinimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Administration, or a similar role.
/liliExperience in finance-related administrative processes and reporting.
/liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
/liliCustomer-oriented with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
/liliExperience working with CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
/liliFluent in English; native proficiency in the local language is required.
/liliAbility to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
