ppIn this role you will lead end-to-end supply chain for Italy, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
You will work with regional and global teams to align demand, supply, and service levels, while managing external logistics performance.
You will drive SOP processes, inventory optimization, and cross-functional execution to support commercial objectives.
This is a pivotal, cross-functional role with a clear impact on product availability and customer service.
/pulliOversee regional supply chain activities including logistics, warehousing, import-export, inventory management and demand planning /liliManage cluster secondary distribution with stakeholders to optimize quality and cost /liliMonitor and report Supply Chain KPIs and forecast accuracy via SOP processes /liliCoordinate with Commercial, Finance,



Quality and Logistics to ensure seamless customer-related processes /liliLead cross-functional and ad hoc projects to improve service levels and cost efficiency /liliCoordinate SAP stabilization and support change implementations/new product launches /liliEnsure GDP compliance, internal controls for O2C, and regulatory alignment /liliAct as liaison with Global/Regional SNO teams and external logistics providers to ensure service excellence /liliMinimum 8 years of Supply Chain experience in pharma, life sciences or medical devices /liliMinimum 5 years of people management experience with senior leadership interaction /liliStrong expertise in logistics, warehousing, demand planning, inventory management and O2C processes /liliExperience with ERP/demand planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis) /liliAPICS certification is an advantage /liliProven leadership, change management, and stakeholder management skills /liliAbility to work cross-functionally across regions and business units /li /ulpIn this role you will lead end-to-end supply chain for Italy, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
