/p h3Role Overview /h3 pReporting to the Cluster Head of Sales AFF, you will be responsible for developing revenue and profitability for Air Freight Forwarding activities in Italy, in close collaboration with France, Spain, and Yusen's global network.
/p pIn this role, you will drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention and growth of the existing customer portfolio.
/p pYou will also provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and support the overall commercial strategy.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libDevelop Air Freight Forwarding business /b including B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial pipeline growth.
/li libManage and retain a client portfolio /bby offering customized solutions.
/li libBuild and negotiate commercial offers /bin collaboration with procurement, pricing and operations teams,



and participate in tenders.
/li libDrive cross-selling initiatives /bwith other Business Units and promote vertical solutions and value-added services.
/li liWork closely with operations to optimize commercial strategy and provide insights on market trends.
/li liMonitor commercial performance including KPIs, CRM activity, and analysis of customer and trade lane results.
/li liSupport the operational implementation of flows and SOPs with internal teams.
/li liIntegrate financial considerations such as client solvency, pricing consistency, and potential involvement in collections.
/li liContribute to quality and continuous improvement of internal processes and solutions.
/li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in a B2B commercial role in transport or logistics.
/li liExperience in Healthcare / Aerospace will be considered an asset.
/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liComfortable with CRM tools and managing a commercial pipeline.
/li liProfessional English; Spanish and/or French appreciated.
/li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAutonomous, rigorous, with initiative and strong priority management.




/li liTeam spirit and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
/li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of logistics and transport solutions, as well as airfreight and sea freight offerings.
/li liAbility to build complex commercial proposals and present them clearly.
/li liExcellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompany car /li liPossibility of remote work (maximum 2 days per week) /li /ul pbCompensation: /b the salary range for this position is between b50K€ and 60K€ gross annually /b, depending on experience and qualifications.
