/p h3bRole Description /b /h3 pThe Tecnico Informatico (Sistemi e Reti) will work tempo pieno on-site in Reggio Emilia, supporting EDUNEXT's technological infrastructure for higher education services.
This role involves providing day-to-day technical support to staff and users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
The technician will handle infrastructure, servers, applications, computer maintenance and repair, install and configure operating systems, and ensure secure and efficient network connectivity.
Responsibilities also include monitoring system performance, applying updates and patches, documenting interventions, and collaborating with other IT team members to improve processes and reliability.




The role requires a proactive approach to preventing issues, maintaining high service quality standards, and supporting digital learning platforms used across the EDUNEXT network.
/p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liAbility to provide effective Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
/li liSkills in Computer Maintenance and Computer Repair, including diagnostics, component replacement, and system optimization.
/li liKnowledge of Operating Systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS) and basic network configuration for secure and stable environments.
/li liRelevant technical diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
/li liExperience in managing small to medium IT infrastructures, preferably in educational or service-oriented contexts.
/li liFamiliarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls) and user account management.
/li liStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
/li liCapacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clear communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
/li liWillingness to keep skills up to date and learn new tools and technologies supporting digital education.
