/p h3About The Role /h3 pData4 is looking for a Power Infrastructure Utility Strategy Manager to support the successful execution of the firm's power strategy.
The position will support group-level oversight of the power program across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that power delivery is managed as a core enabler of growth.
/p pThis role operates across countries and projects, working closely with local teams while maintaining a central, strategic view of power risks and opportunities.
/p h3MISSION /h3 pSupport securing, managing and de-risking power capacity across jurisdictions, by coordinating grid connection processes, monitoring power infrastructure delivery and acting as an interface with utilities, regulators and other stakeholders.




/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Group-Level Power Strategy Oversight /h3 ul liSupport implementation of the firm's power strategy across countries, ensuring alignment between local approaches and overall platform priorities and standards /li liMaintain active visibility of connection status, secured capacity and key project risks /li liSupport alignment between local power strategies with the platform's business priorities /li /ul h3Power Infrastructure Grid Delivery /h3 ul liMonitor progress of power works (substations, cabling), by utilities and by internal teams /li liIdentify emerging delivery risks, and support mitigation plans with local teams and utilities /li liSupport alignment between power delivery timelines and project development schedules /li liAssess alternative or complementary power solutions beyond traditional grid supply /li /ul h3Utility Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liParticipate in engagements with utilities, regulators and public authorities, supporting critical discussions related to connection capacity, timelines and delivery conditions /li liSupport the development of long-term, constructive relationships with key stakeholders /li /ul h3Cross-Platform Coordination /h3 ul liWork closely with local teams in?country to support successful project delivery /li liContribute to standardization of approaches to utility engagement and interface /li /ul h3PROFILE BACKGROUND /h3 ul li5–8 years' experience in power, grid or energy infrastructure /li liFull professional proficiency in English and French.
/li liExperience with a utility, grid operator, IPP,



or technical advisor with HV / MV power project exposure /li liSolid understanding of the electric transmission distribution space highly valued /li /ul h3Responsibilities In Terms Of Ims Certifications /h3 pComply with and help enforce relevant policies related to: /p ul liHealth Safety: follow site HS rules and promote safe working practices.
