/p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liTeach Business Management, Indivduals and Societies across the IB DP and MP /li liPlan and deliver engaging,
inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy /li liPrepare students for IB assessments, including Internal Assessments and final examinations /li liSupport students in developing critical thinking, writing and analytical skills /li liMonitor and track student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback /li liContribute to curriculum development and collaborative planning within the department /li liMaintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom practice /li liEngage positively with parents and the wider school community /li liContribute to the broader life of the school, including extracurricular activities /li liUphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times /li /ul h3THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: /h3 ul liA recognised teaching qualification /li liExperience teaching Business Management at secondary level /li liStrong subject knowledge /li liExcellent communication and organisational skills /li liA collaborative and student-centred approach to teaching /li liLegal right to live and work in Italy (EU passport or valid work permit) /li /ul h3SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT: /h3 pInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
