/p pWe are seeking a bJunior Cost Manager MEP /b to support the cost management and commercial control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages on a major Data Center project in Milan.
The role offers exposure to all project phases, from design through construction and handover.
/p pYour role will be to support thebSenior Construction Cost Engineer /bin the following missions: /p ul liAssist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works.
/li liReview and analyze contractor and supplier quotations.
/li liMonitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders.




/li liSupport procurement and tendering activities.
/li liPrepare regular cost reports and track project KPIs.
/li liCollaborate with design, construction, procurement, and client teams.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liRecent graduate from an engineering, construction economics, Quantity Surveying or construction?related degree.
/li liDemonstrates a strong interest in project financial management, related tools, and the construction sector as a whole.
/li liMechanical, Electrical Plumbingknowledge /li liFlexible, autonomous, eager to learn, approachable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
/li liStrong numerical aptitude with an interest in budget management.
/li liBilingual in Italian and English (written and spoken).
/li liStrong written communication skills, able to produce reports in both languages.
