ppIn this role, you represent the business voice for tools and processes within your area of expertise, ensuring tool performance and prioritizing issues with key users.
You will drive process efficiency, support digital project deployment, and oversee GSI/ERP maintenance and evolution.
You'll train and mobilize the KU network, coordinate change activities, and manage crisis mitigation related to applications.
This position sits at the intersection of business needs and digital transformation, helping Alstom scale its process excellence in a fast-paced mobility context.
/pulliSupport process efficiency through methodology implementation and KPI monitoring /liliSpecify and deploy digital projects in line with digital strategy and initiatives /liliLead and support Key Users as Level-2 functional support and collect experience feedback /liliEnsure GSI/ERP maintenance and evolutions,
