As Account Executive for Agentforce, you will drive AI-powered enterprise sales in Poland and/or EMEA Emerging Growth Markets.
You partner with the Salesforce sales force to grow Agentforce adoption across new and existing accounts, translating AI capabilities into business value.
You'll lead technical discovery, craft compelling POVs, and align solutions with clients' strategic objectives.
This role offers impact at scale, working at the intersection of AI technology and complex enterprise sales.
Identify and position Agentforce opportunities with prospective customers using sales expertise and AI insights
Partner with the Salesforce sales team to accelerate Agentforce growth across current and new accounts
Lead in-depth technical discovery to analyze business challenges and demonstrate Agentforce capabilities at scale
Source and qualify opportunities that fit the ideal Agentforce customer profile
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs
Craft and present POVs communicating value of Agentforce to technical and business stakeholders
Explain how the Salesforce product stack can be tailored to transform customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Align proposed solutions to clients' long-term strategic objectives
10+ years of experience in enterprise and/or commercial B2B sales in highly technical environments
Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts, including agent platform configuration, automation, and API integrations
Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud)
Strong technical selling skills translating AI models into clear business value for non-technical audiences
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales
Fluency in Polish and English (essential); additional EMEA languages are a plus
Experience working across EMEA Emerging Growth Markets is strongly preferred
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Bachelor in a relevant field or equivalent technology sales experience
