Product Development Intern, Womenswear (Curricular Internship)

THE ROLE
Off-White is looking for a Product Development Intern to join our Womenswear team in Milan. During the internship, you will support the team in daily operational activities, such as sample management, internal logistics, and preparation of materials for collection development, while gaining hands-on experience across the full product development process.
Please note that this is a curricular, unpaid internship. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are currently enrolled in a university program and eligible for a curricular internship.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Enter data into the management system (creation of product codes, sample orders, etc.)
- Support the Product Development team in maintaining Master Data and Technical Sheets
- Assist in preparing files and materials needed for collection development (collection grids, line sheets, BOMs, etc.)
- Support B2B shootings and related activities
- Manage shipments of prototypes, samples, and collection materials
- Assist with invoice management and other administrative tasks
WHO YOU ARE
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good knowledge of Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken (this will be tested during the interview process)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and work well in a team
- Well organized, flexible, and able to meet strict deadlines
- Quick learner, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
