Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.. /ppFind out more about Kanadevia Inova at /ph3Job Description /h3ulliManage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, including EPC, consortium, subcontract and supplier agreements. /liliSupport contract negotiations, procurement activities and contract administration, ensuring compliance and effective change management. /liliIdentify, assess and manage commercial risks, claims and contractual disputes, developing strategies to protect the company's interests. /liliCoordinate contractual correspondence, project documentation, reporting, guarantees, insurance and payment-related activities. /liliAdvise project teams and stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters, supporting successful project execution and close-out. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree in Engineering, Law or a related field, with knowledge of Italian contract law.



/liliProven experience (minimum 5 years) in contract and commercial management within EPC and turnkey industrial projects. /liliStrong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, IChemE), subcontracting and service agreements. /liliSolid negotiation, claims management and commercial risk assessment skills, with the ability to draft contractual documentation in Italian and English. /liliFluent in Italian and English, with a proactive, solution-oriented and independent working approach. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliResponsible challenge with diversified field of activity /liliTeam-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company /liliPersonal development opportunities through the own Inova Academy /liliOpportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines /liliAttractive working place (central, good transport links) /li /ulpbCompensation /b /ppBasic wage component (gross): 62000 EUR/year /ppThis amount is our minimal offered salary.
