ph3TXT Novigo System Engineer /h3 pTXT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a System Engineer. /p h3Who are we looking for? /h3 pWe are looking for a System Engineer who will be responsible for designing, configuring, and managing IT solutions (systems, servers, and networks), ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. The successful candidate will implement cybersecurity solutions, support regulatory compliance, and work closely with both external clients and internal application development teams, providing technical consultancy and contributing to the strategic planning of IT infrastructures. The role will also involve supporting internal development teams in maintaining and enhancing security controls across the application landscape. /p h3What requirements should you have? /h3 ul liYou have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role; /li liYou have hands‑on experience implementing IT security measures and are familiar with major security frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and OWASP; /li liYou have strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing and switching, firewall configuration and management, DNS, and network troubleshooting; /li liYou are familiar with major operating systems and core infrastructure services, including Windows Client/Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Certification Authority; /li liYou have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team; /li liYou have a consulting mindset and a strong customer‑oriented approach; /li liYou can manage your workload independently and effectively prioritize assigned tasks; /li liYou are curious, eager to learn, analytical, and passionate about problem solving. /li /ul pThe following technical skills will be considered a plus:



/p ul liKnowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including security best practices; /li liExperience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for infrastructure automation, provisioning, and monitoring; /li liKnowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Hybrid Cloud environments, Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune), and VMware vSphere/ESXi; /li liExperience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration; /li liExperience using monitoring, logging, and vulnerability assessment tools; /li liFamiliarity with Endpoint Protection, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and Patch Management solutions. /li /ul h3Why should you choose TXT Novigo? /h3 ul liWe believe our people are our most valuable asset.
