As Test & Commissioning Manager, you will lead the testing and commissioning of electrical or electro-mechanical subsystems in rail infrastructure. You’ll organize resources, ensure conformity with test plans, and manage QA/QC, safety, schedule, and budget in collaboration with subsystem and project teams. You drive the testing program, coordinate with installation and engineering, and oversee the testing team and equipment. This role contributes to delivering reliable, safe, and compliant systems for complex rail projects. You’ll operate in a cross-functional, international environment with a focus on quality and performance.

Organize and manage testing and commissioning activities to optimize performance, cost, quality, and safety
Ensure installed equipment is tested per test plans, procedures, QA/QC, contractual obligations, and project schedule
Report progress and QCD KPIs to Sub-System Manager and Site/Project Manager
Coordinate technical aspects with Installation and Engineering teams; develop Testing & Commissioning program and Permit to Work
Define tests chain for the project considering each partner; ensure documents are Good For Execution
Plan and manage testing team, their skills, training, and performance; ensure resources and subcontractors are adequate
Specify testing equipment, certify compliance with local legislation, and track instrument/tool certificates
Oversee subcontractors via regular meetings; monitor progress and approve completion; manage budget and on-site HSE/Quality plans
Provide weekly and monthly reports (progress, schedule, ITPs, cost, NCRs, xlwpduy QA/QC) and material consumption tracking
Monitor equipment and tools maintenance, certification, and follow-up per contract quality clauses
Minimum 5 years as Testing and commissioning deputy manager in railway field
Validated experience in electrical power system distribution testing management
Desirable: Certification on Railway Safety; Certification on Site EHS management
Knowledge of downstream activities (railway traffic, urban traffic regulation, passenger station utilities)
Good knowledge of civil works and electromechanical industrial equipment
