Amplifon is seeking a Global Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Manager to steer global customer data analysis and inform regional strategies from Milan HQ.

You will lead data workflows, dashboards, and KPI reporting, translating insights into actionable recommendations for marketers and stakeholders, while collaborating with Global IT and cross-functional teams. English fluency and occasional travel are expected.
